Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  1. Egg white – 1
  2. Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp
  3. Garlic – 2 Cloves
  4. Pepper powder – 1 Pinch
  5.  Salt – 1 Pinch
  6.  Sugar – 1 Pinch
  7. Oil – 30 mL

Method

  1. Add egg white, lemon juice, garlic, pepper powder, salt, sugar to the blender.
  2. Blend it for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add oil to the blended mixture.
  4. Blend again for about 30 seconds.

You can use this sauce or dressing in any sandwiches, salads etc for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and of course they’re great for snacking, right out of the fridge. You can store it in the refrigerator for maximum 3 to 4 days even though it won’t last for 3 or more days.
